Transfer Salary Payment to All Employee in Channel Korea

Every 10th of every month is payday, so you can transfer the salary if Nao-san already transfers the whole payment to your account, then you can start immediately distribute the payment to all employees. If date 10th was on Saturday, you can transfer on 9th.

1. You can open Salary Info Spreadsheet

As I said on heading above, before you transfer salary, you have to open up Salary Info Spreadsheet then you can start checking one by one from every members of employees and put it on Salary Info Spreadsheet. You can found Salary Info Spreadsheet here.

After you open, when you want to make a new Salary Information Details just click Duplicate.

Then just put "Month and Year" on new duplication tab.

2. Open personal spreadsheet of employees

After creating a new tab of the spreadsheet, then you can go to Writers or Rewriters personal spreadsheet. After that, you could count the per-spreadsheet salary of all employees.

If you focused on Rewriters, just count on rewriters personal spreadsheet, and just wait for your partner who focusing on writers to count the writers personal spreadsheet salary.

3. Put Salary Details on Salary Info Spreadsheet

After you got data from Personal Spreadsheet, then you can put into Salary Info Spreadsheet also with Bank Account of Employee.

Please use Bank BCA Account number for transferring salary, because our majority of employee is using BCA instead of other Bank Account. And if it's different bank, please put administration fee IDR 6.500.

If there is another additional payment, you can put off the very bottom after the managers name.

4. You can send the salary information to Naosan

After finish all step, then you can send the salary information to Naosan, and wait for him to transfer the money to your account then you can distribute on every 10th.
