About Payment
Payment Date
All payment through bank transfer every 10th.
Payment Method
If you worry about payment, we can use outsourcing web service for payment such as:
If we pay through those services, the transaction fee and tax would be reduced from payment (Based on condition). The Salary below is a standard monthly amount and negotiable based on your result and so on.
About Bonus
THR is also paid on the same month as Ramadan if you have worked more than 12 months. The Amount is basically one month's salary.
About Promotion
If you have worked for more than a year, you will also get an annual promotion of 5-10%. The percentage is decided by the company's sales and individual results.
The promotion is applied from the month 13th.
About Contract
We basically work remotely. No contract but subcontracting, so no retirement benefit system too. Condition for subcontract should be discussed with your manager before you start working.
About Leave our team
Both you and I should inform you a month before if you will quit working with each other.
